Foundations Consultants is a partnership of two Haitian American women who have been entrenched in education for over two decades. Both partners were born with a proclivity for helping others and a penchant to ameliorate the experience of adolescents and the leaders who serve them. Foundations was established as a consulting business with the decree to achieve an indelible and deliberate positive impact guided by the vision of reshaping, reimagining and transforming thought processes, mindsets, and systems.

Foundations Consultants strives to inculcate and empower individuals to think critically, create equitable spaces, be reflective and strive to progress daily. As an organization, we endeavor to foster a culture that nurtures creativity, connection, civility and purposeful enduring accomplishment.
